The location of this pub is ideally located, and the free, secure parking is a huge bonus. The lovely, friendly welcome upon arrival was much appreciated. The hotel and pub is really interesting and quirky. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and again, we got a lovely friendly welcome each day which was fab. A great choice of breakfast items were available. Bed was comfy, and plenty warm enough.

Early check in availability, friendly staff warm and welcoming on arrival. Staff checked if everything was ok in our room, lovely free toiletries. Nothing was too much to ask, so friendly and welcoming at breakfast too, lovey breakfast quality locally sourced products , super yummy bread too!

We had a wonderful time,the hotel was great the all the staff very friendly(special shout out to Jessie) who welcomed us and was very helpful with getting us settled in ,great food one of the best steak burgers I've had

Friendly, efficient welcome and service throughout, especially the young lady in charge of breakfast. Excellent evening meal in the bar, and top breakfast. Well located in the centre of town, with private carpark. Obviously a popular local bar, so suspect it may be busy at weekends. Comfortable room, powerful shower. Lovely quiet esident's lounge.

Super friendly meet & greet, everything was perfectly explained, room was nice & clean, on-site car parking was a bonus, fabulous breakfast, but the most outstanding point was that every member of staff we met were super friendly, very highly recommend 5*

The Room was excellent. Food, in particular breakfast was excellent. The whole hotel was clean and very welcoming. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly. This is probably the most pleasant hotel we have stayed in for many years.
