Authentic, simple and has all that you need. Also the staff were amazing and very accommodating. Fantastic location to everywhere - shops, restaurants and Bernadette’s house next door. We could not have picked a better Hotel. Grateful to the Hotel for their understanding when there was a misunderstanding with our transport.

It is neat and convenient - very well located for people interested in visiting the Lourdes basilica. It is clean and staff is wonderful.

The location was excellent, close to the coach station for the airport shuttle AND close to the Catholic Shrine for pilgrims. The evening meals were very good and substantial.

Lovely staff and owner; very welcoming and helpful with tourist advice and information. Very pet friendly and kind. We loved the personal touches and humble, down-to-earth approach taken. Rooms were cute, old-style with high ceilings. Really cool, multicultural area with yummy Sri-Lankan, South Indian and African restaurants all within a short walk to the fascinating parts of Lourdes. We loved eating out in the aforementioned restaurants. Amazing experience seeing the nightly religious festival/parade and beautiful historic sites, river and surrounding nature. Saint Bernadette's history family cottage is just around the corner from the hotel-still run by her decendants- preserved as a museum, very affordable and fascinating visit.

The staff is friendly and the dinner was extraordinary. For the price that I have paid, it is alright, but maybe they should invest on the repair of the rooms and on new furnitures.
