The room is very good, a big space. The location is very good, very close to the sanctuary and city center. 15 minutes walking from Lourdes train station. Breakfast is very good also, with a few options for a perfect and efficient one. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the guests, we even had recommendations about the city. The restaurant's staff was also very pleasant. I went with my mother and my friend for the toussant's holiday, we stayed two nights.

My experience was exceptional thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was joyful and comfortable. A special thank you to Andrew at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for my stay, and to the friendly and kind Severin at the reception, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Brigitte at reception was a true gem—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Frederick provided outstanding service at the bar, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. Each of these outstanding individuals added a personal touch that made my visit unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence and genuine guest care sets Hotel Eliseo apart. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return! Thank you all for making my time in Lourdes so special.

Very good location, right in the centre. Staff was very friendly, they even helped us to book a taxi. Hotel is exceptionally clean and had good sized rooms.
