We could almost clearly hear the voices and the conversations of other travelers, in other rooms, through the air vents. Not such a good idea.

Quite location in walking distance to centre of town. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of town, close to the river. The sanctuary is a 15-minute walk away, and we could park our car in a public car park (overnight parking is free), as the hotel has a very small parking capacity. The staff is very friendly: they lent us umbrellas; my son left his backpack in the room and they contacted us to come and look for it. We were allowed to use the lagguge room. The rooms are nothing special, but they are clean and more than adequate for a short stay. Breakfast is standard, good.

All the staff wewre very helpful. It is a pity that unlike British hotels they did not have tea coffee and snacks allowed in the room

The hotel is in walking distance to the basilica and to the town centre. The hotel had a couple of parking spaces available for guests, otherwise paid parking is available very close too.
