Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was wonderful and close to main attractions. The view from our window was lovely as we could see the mountains and river.

Room was great value, apart from being a bit old the room was exceptional. I even had a small balcony, Bed and linen, very comfortable, breakfast was good, nothing fabulous but good. Location was fantastic, could not have picked a better location. All the staff were exceptional, the best I have experienced in a long while, outstanding, thank you.

This is my favourite hotel in Lourdes! Lovely spotlessly clean rooms; plenty of parking and super friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to the grotto via a short riverside walk. Love the onsite shop which stocks plenty of high quality religious artefacts.

Great location, in a more quiet area but close enough to the centre of town. Moreover staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They offer very comfortable family rooms at a good price.
