The breakfast and the location were excellent. Communication via booking.com was a bit confusing. Booking.com said the breakfast is included in the price. The hostess said breakfast actually is excluded, but because of the booking.com promise she did not charge us for the breakfast. In total we are very satisfied with the guest house - it was pleasant to stay there.

Every detail was on point. Quiet and private accommodation. Clean and neat. Spacious rooms with beautiful personal touches. Kitchenette had all necessary items to ensure an enjoyable stay. Beautiful gardens.
