It is a unique experience but it is not handicap friendly. No elevator and if I were going again I would request a room on ground level. Did not know the room we had was on the second level with steps only to access the room. I think the rooms are overpriced.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I loved all the different outside seating areas and the gas fireplaces. The pool, hot tub and sauna were in excellent condition with pool towels readily available. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and nice blankets. The bathrooms were oversized and included bathrobes. The doors, lighted pathways, castle tower climb and balconies were all a delight.
