Bed and Breakfast Overview

Penrose Bed & Breakfast is a Victorian property with original features such as fireplaces, chandeliers and high ceilings. The Eden Project is the world’s largest indoor rainforest and is located just 15 minutes’ drive away from the property. Guests will also benefit from free on-site parking and a garden.
Free Wi-Fi is provided in each room at Penrose, as well as an en-suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV with DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities.
A full cooked breakfast is served in the dining room each morning and uses locally sourced produce wherever possible. Cereal, fresh fruit and tea/coffee are also available.

2nd stay here. Great location for Eden Project. Lovely and clean. Great size bedroom. Chris & Heidi are brilliant hosts and lots of nice touches in the room.

A few years back I stayed at Penrose B&B for a few days and had only positiv memories. Chris and Heidi are so friendly and take good care of their guests. The house/rooms are realy nice and clean. It is always a pleasure to stay here and to come back. Breakfast is great!! It takes a few minutes by foot to get into the "city centre" of Lostwithiel.

We couldn’t fault our three night stay at Penrose B&B. It is located on the edge of Lostwithiel on a short hill but within easy walking distance of the town centre, pubs and restaurants. The owners Chris and Heidi were very welcoming and would go the extra mile with any help you needed. The breakfast was cooked to order so always hot and fresh. Our bedrooms and bathroom were clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The car park is small but big enough to accommodate the guests.
