Lovely spacious family room for the 2 of us. A bit dated but the heaps of space made up for that. The rooms were very soundproof. We were right next to the lifts and lobby in the 9th floor but didn’t hear anything. We were half board and the food was good quality with a good variety. The staff were all brilliant. The location was good.

I love the location. Only 10 minute walk to bus #40 express to Tenerife airport. 5 minutes from beach. Housekeeping was top of the line.

1. Breakfast is really good and wide variaty of what you can eat. 2. Xtra room was in the 9th floor with really good view across the city and the ocean. 3. Room looked scandinavian style, all white, looked really good upon entering. 4. Good sound insulation in the room. 5. Really huge parking, never had a problem to park a car, even during the nights when coming back late there was always space.

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. We are definitely staying there again. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the beach and the shops. The swimming pool is marvellous, and we had all inclusive which was amazing because you can sunbathe and have drinks on your sun bed. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast and their orange juice. Free parking on site is a bonus, and also the fact that you can park the car right in front of the hotel in case you don't find a spot is also great. The room cleaners were so lovely and nice, they would always do a great job in our room and treat us with a lot of respect.
