“Excellent location, clean, great roof terrace but small and pricey”

Excellent location and despite it being central, it was very quiet. It was a short walk to everything you need, whether this be a shop (next door), cafe, coffee shop, bar, restaurants, gym, beach, harbour, entertainment, lovely towns - was also perfect for long coastal walks around the whole area and to las Américas too (about a 30-40 min walk). Location is also good for those with mobility issues at you aren’t in one of Tenerife’s typical steep ‘hilly’ areas. There is also no steps to the property and a lift in the building. Roof terrace excellent too with plenty of space for 2 people with sun beds and table and chairs etc. The awning was welcomed in the mid afternoon heat! The apartment was very clean and lovely, everything was organised on time even when the owners did a last minute door code change, they ensured we received it quickly prior to arrival. We were also left a lovely welcome pack.

Fantastic central location close to shops, cafes, bars and beaches, Lovely clean apartment, Easy Instructions to follow for entry on arrival, Large private balcony with sun loungers and the sun all day for relaxing at any time during the day, Supermarkets are all super close, Good Wifi, Lovely quiet block of apartments, Lovely helpful staff, The bus station was only a 5 minute walk away with many routes to many locations across Tenerife. We would definitely stay here again.
