Good air conditioning in each bedroom (but none in lounge). Supermarket down stairs. 5 min to taxi and bus station. 2 mins to quiet side of the beach which we liked. Nice and quiet for sleeping but positioned close enough to main street of restaurants, beach and supermarket and transport. Easy access to property upon entering self service. Good communication from hosts. Cafes downstairs good. Lots of towels provided. Good washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher. Complimentary wine and nibbles. Lovely and clean. Big TV and good seating for family to relax in. Small but usable balcony. Two bathrooms and two toilets. Three good sized bedrooms. Property was large and spacious for family of 4. Good wifi connection. Rooms are tidy and clean. We liked staying here for the week for the convenience.
