The pools, rooms and spa were great. There are multiple pools if you would like one that is quiet rather than with the entertainment. There was regular cleaning of the facilities and the staff were helpful and worked to fix any issues we had. The resort is very large and there are lifts to each floor, the sea view rooms have a clear view. There is a bus service hourly down into Los Cristianos and the beach, and the taxis know how to easily find the hotel. The balconies are large and have sun loungers and a table for you to eat and space for you to dry towels and beachwear.

-The location is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. In addition, the main bus stop in Los Cristianos -The hotel gym is fully equipped -The breakfast was satisfactory

Our apartment was a good size, good location, staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed for my sons 16th, and the hotel had chocolates brought to the room. Would stay here again.
