Heated pool, all staff very friendly, stayed in room 51, 1 bed apt overlooking the pool with massive wrap around balcony with table and chairs and sun lounger. Fantastic location close to all bars and restaurants. Excellent stay

Great value for money. We were lucky to have an apartment with a large balcony that looked over the pool area. The apartment was very clean and the cleaners came every day to make sure we had everything we needed.

Carlos gave us an upgrade and we had a very big apartment which was a nice touch. Overall we had a pleasant stay, the hotel is just 15 minutes walk from the sea and close to the bus station, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Tenerife, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location was absolutely perfect—close to the beach and with easy access to everything I needed. The room (324) was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with plenty of variety to satisfy any craving. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tenerife!

Loved the location as it was near restaurants and bars my husband and I like going to and not far from the beach and main town in Los Cristianos.

Fantastic location and the staff were all wonderful. From front desk to cleaners. Plenty of shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We ate at lots of places including the restaurant at the front of the Hotel. Never had a bad meal anywhere.

We stayed at this hotel last year too and, to our great joy, we discovered that the water in the pool was a little warmer than last year, when it was freezing. Otherwise, a very good experience, friendly, smiling staff, clean in the hotel and at the pool. I appreciate that they started to collect the sunbeds in the evening, to stop encouraging sunbed hunting and their abusive occupation.

WE stayed in same hotel in 2021. Rooms were cleaned everyday, people were nice. Closer to restaurants and markets and also bus station.
