Location - walking distance to all beaches & restaurants/markets Owner - Kemo is a great guy who helped us a lot on the logistics Price - it’s pretty affordable compared to nearby options

Kemo met us on arrival with keys. As there was 3 in our party he gave us a 2nd set of keys. The location was perfect. Everything close . Breakfast in a small cafe Oops nearly next door.

kemo, the point of contact was excellent, gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable and we were very happy with the inside of the apartment. The pool area is clean and quiet.

The location was exactly as advertised, apartment was well appointed and maintained. Can’t fault Kemo (our contact) who helped with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants he even took us back to the airport when our vacation was over - what a kind and caring guy. Thanx you once again Kemo.

Central to shops, bars & restaurants & a few minutes walk to one of a few beaches. Our host was very friendly, helpful & informative, as far as letting us know where to eat, visit & where to get local transport. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony late evening overlooking the main strip.

If you are looking a place to stay in south part of Tenerife, I would highly recommend this place!!!! Location is just perfect and we were lucky to get a nice apartment with a view to ocean and nearby beach, you can easily park your car just a minute from the main entrance. Also, I must highlight our host Kemo who was responsive from the moment we decided to book until the day we left, you can be sure that you will always get assistance or advice if you will need one! Nice addition is the pool access for residents only, open until 19:00, after that there is a nice beach just a few steps away, locals stores and restaurants are on every step. Overall, we will not bother to look for other host if we decide to return for one more Tenerife holyday in future as this one is fantastic!

Pleasant and attentive owner. He told us all the necessary information. Beautiful view from the window. The apartments are the same as in the photo. Great location. The room had everything you needed.
