Location is good - opposite the Natural History Museum. It's next to USC so it's quiet (not sure if it will be like that when school is open though). No issue with safety as it is next to USC.

We booked a double bed room, and it is spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived before noon, so our room was not yet ready, but they let us leave our luggage bags in their storage room so we could stroll around the city. The location is close to train station and bus stops, it is good if you're planning to use public transportation. Overall, it is nice place to stay.

Amazing staff at check-in, very supportive throughout stay. Room was ready and clean on arrival. Facilities were excellent and location was fairly well placed - although you will have to taxi around or use the metro.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bed was easily the most comfortable we encountered in our two week trip through the US. The location (between two stops on the E line) and an easy walk to all the museums at Expo Park was a big plus as well.

Location was great for my purpose of stay Staff was courteous, in spite of several malfunction in the room , they tried their best to help At the end they could not fix anything , so offered 2 days of complimentary breakfast
