Well cleaned apartment, right in the city center, close to the subway station and the markets are very close. They also have in-house laundry and gym.

Fabulous apartment with plenty of room. Perfect for two couples or a family. As the apartment had kitchen facilities we were able to make our own.

Big apartment with a lot of room, comfy beds and a fully furnished kitchen. Very clean.The bathroom is a bit basic, but it's ok. It's an old building, but it has been renovated. We appreciated the laundry room and the small gym. The area is not as bad as some other people said. During the day it's full of common people walking around, at night there are a few "residents" from the Skid Row nearby walking around, but they usually mind their own business. As you leave the building, turn right towards Broadway and Pershing Sq. and you'll be fine. Our room was in the back of the building, so no view but also no noise from the street (except one night we heard a few fireworks). The price is good, considering that is LA. The staff is very nice!

Hotel itself was lovely once you’re indoors. And our room was amazing! Beautiful and clean - everything you’d need for a stay is there. We were there only overnight. Staff very friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner and breakfast the next day.

It was big enough for the two of us. We felt safe inside of the apartment. It was also nice to be able to wash clothes at the laundry-mat in the basement.
