Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable, microwave, or oven. This is a central location and is prone to street noise. The Penthouse Apartment has stairs.Microwaves are available upon request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Initially have concern with the room assigned to us as we have booked for 3 pax. The staff immediately rectified the error and in no time provided with a new room at Sonder the Craftman. It was very clean and spacious and good location. Staff were very accomodating. I will gladly recommend this to any traveller.

Great apartment, spacious. Quiet at night even in downtown LA. Mobile key really helpful too! 24 hour gym facilities, which I loved as a very early riser.

The location was good for us. The apartment was huge and well equipped. Serviced every day and you could easily get extra stuff (tea, coffee etc). Dishwasher, washer, drier. Two bathrooms!

The apartment itself was good, clean, a little bit lack of coziness, but I think the style of the place is kind of urban place. Be ready that the whole location looks not safe and dirty, that’s what you not expect from LA, but that doesn’t relate to the place we stayed. Overall the the whole building was clean, the staff I contacted was very helpful.

Really spacious one bedroom apartment, so much larger than comparable hotels in the area. The gym was well appointed and the room had everything you need to feel comfortable, including a washer and dryer which is great if you’re staying for a few days.

A spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, which was very handy with 4 adults travelling together. Coffee machine, water heater and toaster in the kitchen, washing machine and dryer in the closet. Enough kitchen and bathroom utensils, soft towels and comfortable mattresses. Couch was a bit small for two adults, but nothing not manageable. We didn’t have blanket for the couch, so I texted the service support and got a blanket brought up to our apartment within an hour.
