The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Please expect to hear music and late night noise from the rooftop bar, Thursday through Saturday. White noise machines and earplugs are available upon request. We apologize for any inconvenience. Valet parking is available on site for an overnight fee. Sonder offers guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures guests can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping service must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests may experience some late-night noise from the rooftop bar.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The location is amazing, and we had a beautiful view over the ocean. The building and the design inside the hotel are beautiful.

What a wonderful hotel to stay at, loved the area of Santa Monica, loved the view from our hotel window and loved the roof top bar! We will definitely go back if we ever visit again. I loved the history of this hotel it was so retro and the bathtub 🛀 OMG - love it! I just like to say a big massive thank you to the receptionist who checked us in, she was so helpful and welcoming, she made our stay even better!!

The location is absolutely incredible, right on the water with beautiful views and a short walk to the pier. There is a fun rooftop bar here but it’s more like a club and was super busy really early on with no residents just external guests - but you can’t hear from your room. The rooms are lovely and clean too. The key on the app worked great too. The valet guys were just lovely and super friendly and helpful everyday.
