We were checked in to 302 first. Air conditioner was not working at all and we had to spend one night without A/C it was a bad experience. But the next day they shifted us in to a different apartment 308 and then it was a good experience afterwards.

The location was great. Close to everything we wanted. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there..

Extremely Spacious - there was only 3 of us and we had a walk in wardrobe each, a shower each, a toilet each. Washing machine was very handy and in hindsight we could have brought less clothing as the washing machine was excellent. Location less than a 10 minute walk from the bus route to Santa Monica Beach / Hollywood etc... Lots of convenience stores nearby Streets felt very safe frankly despite what you see on TV

Very good location Very nice apartment nice for families. there is a dog park very close. Hollywood stars are very close lots of restaurants in the area.

The location was perfect. Central, but not too loud The apartment was fitted with everything you could need so you could settle in like it was actually yours

We can't say enough about the location of this apartment! We were right between Hollywood and Sunset and a short walk to the TCL Chinese Theatre! Groceries a block away! Nice, friendly neighborhood of people walking dogs, enjoying themselves - great experience. I also can't say enough about the communications with the management company - they were immediately responsive to all my emailed questions, and we're grateful. This fit our family of five (grandma in one bedroom, parents and smaller kid in king-sized bedroom, and teen on the couch bed) perfectly.

Apartment was very large, clean and close walking distance to the Hollywood strip. The staff were helpful and responsive given it is remotely managed and self service access. Price was good in comparison to what was offered in the area.
