This hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Musty smell in the room, air con hardly functional, dirty carpets and paper thin walls. Dirty windows and old fashioned furniture On the positive side staff were exceptional. Gabriel at reception is phenomenal. Very polite, professional respectful, and helpful. He is the highlight of the hotel. Hotel location is very good. In and Out burgers and Ralph’s supermarket across the street. First hotel I have stayed in where white noise machine (similar to Marpac) offered in the room. This helps to mask out noise from other rooms. Pool temperature nice, warm and clean. Well stocked bar in reception area where you can have an adult beverage and chill and mingle. Breakfast is decent but ends too early Location is very close to airport and though we did not use shuttle, it was always on time and well organised TV channels very good and very varied selection Coffee maker and fridge in room which are very handy

We left a gift behind in the room and didn’t realise for a few days after we’d left. Housekeeping still had it and we were able to arrange for it to be sent on to us. We appreciated the assistance and honesty of the staff.

Good for the short stay near the airport. The 3 star hotel , can ´t complain much about it. The airport shuttle is available, the driver was very helpful.

Great location for LAX. Was perfect for an overnight transit stay. The shuttle bus was easy and timely on the half hour. Great location for food close by having multiple fast food places and a supermarket across the road.

The free shuttle service from and to the airport was a great help. I did send 4 messages to confirm a spot, with no reply. However if you go to the stand they are happy to take you. As we arrived late afternoon we did not use the pool but it looked great. Had to request water and we missed out on breakfast or even a piece of fruit as service did not begin until 7am, and we had to be in the shuttle at 6am. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good in size and pressure. Nice and quiet also.

Perfectly suitable for a nights stay if you have an early/late flight. Stayed a couple of times and room quality can vary quite a bit. The West Tower room was contemporary and clean. Good selection at breakfast, although can get quite busy so allow time. It was great to have the airport shuttle - we couldn’t call as we didn’t have US roaming, but managed to catch the van anyway.

I've stayed at many LAX hotels and finally found a fav. The location is great. Plenty of places to walk to compared to other LAX hotels . And theres a bus stop if you dont have a car or want an uber. The breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfasts I've been to and the attendants are very quick and attentive. Also they were super nice and gave me an extra hour to check out as I didn't get in til 1am.

Overall a good experience. However, it is unfortunate the no commitment to recicling in the hotel. For example, all the plastic waste of the breakfast. Plastic cuttlery and so on.
