The property was in a great location. There was easy to use street parking with a permit provided. The check in process was very easy self check in. The property was clean and had many supplied amenities for the bathroom and the kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location, safe neighborhood. Only 15 mins walk to center of Rodeo Dr. or Beverly Hills sign. Free parking on the street in front of the house.

Loved the location, perfect for everything we wanted to do! We were met by one of the hosts when we arrived and they were so kind and helpful. During our stay, we met with another of the hosts as they were checking on the pool. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and he gave us so many recommendations as to where to go . We followed his advice and had a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend it! Pool was wonderful and really warm, we spent one of our days in there, and it was lovely. Would definitely come back and stay again!

The property is in an excellent location in Beverly Hills between Pico and Olympic boulevards (which lead straight to the shore), 15 mins drive to the getty, and an 18 minute walk to Rodeo Drive. The accommodation is in a self contained converted outhouse with a large bedroom with kingsize bed and a small separate room for two kids out back so it is perfect for a family. Outside is a nice paved garden and a pool with spa section (warmer than the main pool). For us, it was a nice relaxing alternative to a hotel and a good base to explore LA from.

I'd read the reviews and this really is a little oasis and walking distance from Rodeo Drive. Every detail is covered, lots of toiletries, lots of towels and lots of pods for the coffee machine - everthing we needed. Soft furnishings were lovely. Shower is huge. It is in a very quiet residential area. Although we didn't have time to use the pool it felt like bath water - it was so warm. It is beautiful at night when the whole yard is lit with fairy lights - if it had been a little warmer it would have been lovely to sit outside to have a night cap. The fizz in the fridge was a lovely gesture and classical music playing on the TV as we arrived immediately made us relax. Parking is easily available (we parked right outside) don't forget to put the parking permit in your car which is hanging in the room when you arrive. Communication with the host was brilliant and any messages were answered almost instantly.

We loved the primary room, large and clean, the most comfy bed and bedding Great pool, with plenty of seats, the most beautiful garden Location 20mins from all major attractions such as Universal studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica. Free car parking always a plus! Lovely hosts at hand as soon as we had queries. Would def stay again for sure, we loved this place.
