I just want to thank all the staff the helps us on our stay, from Saturday 25th to Sunday 26th. Both Jose’s and Meheem were absolutely amazing. My daughter was unwell when we arrived in LA and we had a longhaul flight back home to Sydney the next day on Sunday. Our check out was meant to be at 11am on Sunday and due to my daughter’s state we needed to extend our check out multiple times. And all staff during that time where very helpful and understanding of the situation. They let me extend the check out various times without pressure and all ways having us as a priority. Yes, we needed to pay for it which is totally understandable but they were very clear, accommodated and providing us with flexible options. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service. And surely next time I’m in LA, this hotel will always come at the top of my head. Have stayed in other big global known chain hotels in LA and none get closer to the level of service of this one. On behalf of my daughter and I please thank this beautiful staff personally.

Staff were fabulous, clean room each day, facility is older but had a very comfortable room. Close to all shops and the bus stop is right out the front

Close to LAX and car rental places, and on a main road with lots of places to grab food etc nearby. Rooms were a good size, water pressure was good, and loads of breakfast options.

Good quiet location near the airport. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Clean and well equipped room. Free breakfast. Reasonable parking rate at $10. Options for late check out.

The location was ideal for an overnight stay before a flight from LAX. The room was large and had everything you needed including a good coffee maker.
