The staff is very nice, helpful and cheerful. She introduced briefly what to do in Longyearbyen and was always there when I needed anything. Sie cleaned and took care of facility like her own house and never gave us any pressure while doing anything what we wanted. The room was perfectly good organized and cozy with warm lighting. The main street of the city is reacheable by walking in 10 minutes. The airport schuttle bus drops and picks you up right in front of the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this place to say for someone else.

The room is very clean, with the best staff, a fully equipped kitchen, and good soundproofing! There are also small Dim sum, very satisfied!

Loved the communal kitchen it felt so cosy and inviting, the rooms were very modern and clean and they got very warm even though it was -14C outside

The place was super value for money, considering the price level of the island. The room was comfortable, warm, with all necessary amenities. Very nice and cozy design. The bathroom was the same and the fact that we should share it with another room did not create any issues at all. The kitchen was full equipment and we could cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. Overall the place was super clean. The young lady who was working at the place was soooo polite, friendly and smiley !!! Thanks to her we were feeling that we are at home! Thank you very much!
