Cancellation made 31 days prior to arrival is refunded 100 percent.
Cancellation made 30 days or fewer prior to arrival is not refunded.
Only written cancellation is valid.
All bank transfers, other financial transaction fees, booking and cancellation fees
will be deducted from refunds.
No refunds will be given due to flight cancellation, lack of a valid driver’s
license, lack of passport, or illness. We recommend our customers to have travel
insurance.Payment term for Large Group Bookings, Tour Operators, Organizations
(21 pax and up)
When ordering, we will send out an invoice for an advance payment of 25 percent
of the total amount, due within 10 days. If not paid, the booking will be canceled.
The remaining 75 percent must be paid at least 70 days before arrival. If the
booking is less than 70 days before arrival, we will send out an invoice for the
total amount. The invoice fee of 75 NOK will be added to each international
invoice. To each invoice to Norway, the invoice fee is 50 NOK.

The location of this guest house is about 20 mins away from the town which is extremely beneficial for the northern lights viewing. From the room windows, the aurora was visible, and just 2 mins walk from the guesthouse is the hill which is again a great location for Aurora viewing.

i loved the staff, all very friendly and informative. the included breakfast contained waffles, toast and hot/cold beverages that I enjoyed each day. the showers are potentially the best showers in any hostel I've been to, being very spacious with hot water needed in such a cold landscape. lastly I liked the lounge. they had 2, and each had a very comfortable sofa with soft pillows and a TV you could stream shows with. Had amazing time talking to fellow travellers!

Had a great time living in this property, the Staff are so friendly and welcoming, they helped me a lot in choosing different activities etc. kristina from the reception team is one of the best person, she is so kind and helpful.
