We had a fantastic stay in this property. The room was really clean, spacious. The bed was comfortable providing a good night sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and the overall ambiance was very relaxing. Great location too with easy access to everything we needed. The information package provided in the room is very detailed, outlining some good activities available.

It looked great the way it was decorated like the other reviews. The AC was on in the room when i arrived 2pm on a hot day. The rooms out the back are sweat boxes and the noisy through wall AC does cope. The rooms are large and have everything you need. Very well presented even with a small glass bottle of milk. There didn't appear to be a laundry to use and the back door of the main building had a sign on it that a meeting was in progress so residents had to walk in that heat around the block to get to main street. That meeting must have still been going at 9pm. Accommodation in longreach is well over inflated and this is an example of where it should be $110 Max instead of half more on top.. longreach is not port Douglas with all the offerings. Time to get back to reality so use tourist can visit and stay. It's recommended if you want to visit longreach stay in a town close and travel there during the day and you’ll save money not only on Accommodation but food as well.

The room with the kitchen great! The Sri Lankan young man working there by himself was absolutely fantastic! If there were any problems he fixed it. Drove us to the train station. Would be a bad thing if the owners lose him.
