The food was excellent value for money and really delicious. Definitely worth going for the full breakfast. The burger and Mac and cheese was also great. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome.

The location is good, only a short drive out of Dundee. I was probably the last guest to arrive and had no problem parking a large van. The room was quite large with a very comfortable bed - I had a great night's sleep. Would have been happy to stay for longer.

we liked the location, the facilities. the food, the staff and the cost. This was our second visit with one of our dogs this time. There is a pool room and the rear garden is enclosed which is great for dogs and children. We were warm and cosy in our room. This is a good place to use as a base to explore from without the hustle and bustle of Dundee

The friendly and homely atmosphere. The convenience, ground floor so no stairs for me, as a smoker there were ashtrays provided and a covered area. Restaurant and bar available. It was good value for money. The staff and owners were very helpful
