FREINDLY STAFF, EASY CHECK IN AND OUT, ATMOSPHERE WAS NICE AND COSY. HAVING A WASHING MACHINE AND CLOTHES DRYER WAS CONVENIENT. SHORT DRIVE FROM NICE EATERY.

The best part was the ability to stay on a historic estate and.walk around when no-one else is around. Interesting old buildings and beautiful rose garden. Accommodation is comfortable but fairly rustic. Everything is clean and comfortable, but not special. Sitting area is fairly basic in terms of furnishings. Bedroom upstairs was large and comfortable. Kitchen has enough for a night or so.

We didn't know what to expect but on arrival we were were just "wowed " with what we experienced! The cabin we stayed in was a step back in time and the grounds and Rose garden were sensational 👌 . Would definitely recommend a stop here if you want to experience some Australian history .

Such a beautiful place to stay. We explored the estate using the self guided tour book and had a wonderful time wandering around the rose garden early in the morning. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend.

good place to get away from the stresses of life & re-energize yourself, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, peaceful & quiet, cottage well equipped, firewood available was well worth the drive from Launceston, concert enjoyable, staff at restaurant in Nigel Peck centre very courteous, ham soup lovely,

Woolmers Estate is a beautiful and very well preserved example of early European settlement. We stayed in the Blacksmith’s Cottage which was very quiet and private. The views are amazing and the atmosphere very relaxing

Wonderful location, great history and congratulations for maintaining such a historic site. We stayed in a very historic cottage which was very comfortable and loved the combustion burner.
