After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. Vacation Rental License Number 4000708-0000001. The building does not have washers or dryers. There is no oven. There is no cable. We provide a Roku and an HDMI cord in all spaces. Due to the nearby train and construction, noise may be present. Please reach out if you need earplugs or a white noise machine.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very nice and clean (+ spacious) apartment in Long Island City - metro station and shops just across the street. Lovely view of the east river & Manhattan in 15 min. walking distance. Felt very safe during my stay at Sonder and also in the LIC area itself. Check-in was easy and the staff was very lovely. Loved my stay there. Can totally recommend this apartment!

What a lovely place. The studio was so clean and the bed was huge, the view from the windows overlooking the Manhattan skyline was breathtaking. Every little thing was catered for, nice toiletries, teas, coffees, a kettle, coffee maker, hob, microwave and dishwasher, along with cleaning materials and rubbish bags etc. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly, and the app was really handy. The area itself was wonderful with a subway rigjt across the road with easy links to Manhattan. There is a Trader Joes and a 24/7 Diner opposite the property, with a Target a few minutes walk away. There are also 3 or more food trucks conveniently situated on the steet outside. The neighbourhood is safe and clean.

I was immensely satisfied with the apartment, especially its ideal location with easy access to two subway stations, a safe neighborhood, and exceptionally friendly staff. The baggage storage locker was helpful on the day of my departure.

Excellent location. Very close to Court Square Station with connection direct to Manhatten stations and out to Flushing Meadows for the NY open tennis. Comfortable bed. Good size room
