Staff very friendly and accommodating with any need. Hotel clean and good location. Room was small but could see every effort was made to accommodate guest needs.

The location of the hotel is good. It is walking distance from the conference center in Long Beach. The building looks old but the rooms are renovated, spacious and well decorated. There are two petrol stations around the corner to get some snacks. I needed them to keep my lugagge after check-out for a couple of hours and that worked very well. They have a locked room and the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel is good value for the money. The others in the area were much more expensive.

The location is excellent - literally 2 mins from the beach and shops and cafes

The property was immaculate and everything was new , super lighting in the rooms , ceiling fan , which I prefer instead of air conditioning. Short walk to the beach and marina . Bed was super comfortable and I could not hear anybody, it was so quiet.

The staff was nice and helpful at all times, and the room was new and clean, and maintained everyday. The bed was super comfortable. It's a 15 min walk from the convention centre. There's no air conditioning unless you pay extra but I stayed there in August and the window open and the ceiling fan did a perfect job

Everything was great! Sam and Rick were very helpful when I had an issue with the TV in the room. And everyone at the hotel was so helpful and kind with any minor inconveniences. Truly a wonderful stay, lovely staff, great location and the breakfast at the revive lounge is pretty good too. Overall would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Long Beach

Excellent location, close proximity to the beach, very friendly and courteous staff. The retreat room is convenient and includes Bevi machine to dispense cold and hot water. Coffee machine is also available with good selection of drinks. Also free Wi-Fi is very good. The room was cosy, including mini-fridge and TV screen. Service is provided daily. Also, little rose garden is incredible, thank you all for making my stay so comfortable.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights at the Greenleaf Hotel in Long Beach prior to boarding a cruise. The location of this hotel was very good, being a short walk to the beach, shops restaurants, public transport, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. We liked the guest lounge where we could get complimentary hot and cold drinks 24/7. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. These included Sam, Dave, Olivia, Vincent, plus a couple of others who's names we forgot. We certainly recommend Greenleaf Hotel in Long Beach to other travellers .
