Check in was very fast, room was a good size for the price. Bed very comfy, good shower. No kettle etc in the room. Quiet hotel despite the size expected to hear guest noise. Great location.

I loved the location, however it was a shame that the concept of “zen” and deep sleep fell short by the loud night club that were buzzing through the walls of my room… Awkward. Friendly and helpful staff, close to central London!

brilliant location and comfortable bed. Does exactly what it says on the tin ie decent clean room - superb location and very cheap. No windows, no frills whatsoever but all that you need if you are looking for a bed for the night - wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time.

This hotel has a **fantastic location**—right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, with easy access to attractions and transport. The **staff was very kind** and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was **surprisingly quiet** despite the central area, ensuring good rest. However, for the **high price**, we expected better. The **sheets were not perfectly clean**, and the room lacked essentials like a **wardrobe, desk, and kettle** (unusual for a London hotel). While the stay was comfortable, the **value for money could be improved** with better amenities and attention to cleanliness. Good, but not outstanding.
