I enjoyed the trip very much. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was also very nice, you had a variety of choices which was very good. The hotel it’s in a good area very close to the shops and buses so you can move very easy around the city. Definitely we will come back.

For the price, it was better than expected. Breakfast was only toast ( still good ) and corn flakes, but I enjoyed it. Near Paddington station, best location with nice restaurants. Very narrow room and shower booth, but it can't be better when you are in London.

Very good location , excellent price! Polite staff. There was a kettle, instant coffee in the room. It was clean. Breakfast was good, it was very simple and limited choice but it was good and delicious!

the breakfast finishes too early. good staff, we forgot a wallet in the room when we did the check out and they called me to give it back

Basic, a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Could do with extra pillows in room and lower heating on top floor. Pastries would be a nice addition to breakfast.

On arrival, was relocated to the (sister) Seymour Hotel next door. Very pleasant, clean and modernised rooms with a new high quality en-suite with shower. TV, Tea/coffee and kettle in room. Extra fan and heater supplied. Basic, very simple but nice continental style breakfast included. Friendly 24 hour reception.

We booked for a night out in London and was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. Front desk were very friendly and efficient. The double room was nice and warm and very clean. Had a lovely night sleep. Breakfast was nice. Absolutely delighted and at a very cheap price for the West end of London. Only a 5 minute walk from Paddington station.
