The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient for an overnight stay in London when flying in and out of Heathrow as it is only a few minutes walk from the Earl's Court Station.

Room was small but served its purpose. Shower very small but good water pressure and temperature. Location very good for Pubs, Restaurants, and Underground.

Good value for money. The room was tiny but was fine for a solo traveller. Great location and only a couple of minutes walk from Earls Court station. The lady at reception was so friendly and helpful.

I liked the location of hotel , it's within walking distance to everything in the area. The area the hotel was located in is quiet . The building looks quite grand and is well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was big and had everything we wanted and more .

Reception staff were lovely.genuinely interested in the reasons for our visit to London. Room although small and dated was clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent location for the tube station.

Great little hotel not far from the V@A, Albert, science and Natural History Museum. The room was clean and functional. The staff more then friendly and always helpful. I can recommend them without hesitation and when I’m back, I would choose them again.

The room isn't big or luxurious, but for the prices very ok. If you need a place to sleep, it is sufficient (basically the bed, some space to walk around the bed + shower/bathroom. The location is very good, and the staff is very friendly.
