Staff very nice I needed an extra pillow came right away with 2 more, just a bit noisy in front with traffic my window was broken so couldn’t open it but staff came right away to fix,

The location of the hotel was very good - not far from Earls Court Road. The check-in staff were very helpful and polite. The room was quiet and the bed clean and comfortable.

Good location… and reasonable price. Other London hotels were truly extortionate on our required date.
