It was the perfect accommodation for the last few days of my vacation. Really helpful, friendly staff, especially Deepika. Cosy, clean room, great shower, comfy bed. I was concerned about a few reviews I'd read but I had a room on the 5th floor which had decent sized windows and no issues.

Great location in London, Friendly helpful staff, within walking distance to Oxford St, nearest underground is less than 5mins walk away also within walking distance to Paddington station. The hotel itself and the rooms were quite small, however very modern and exceptionally clean and comfortable, considering we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel it was perfect for our needs. We also had breakfast included which was quiet good. We would definitely stay here again on returning to London.
