Great location; directly opposite a bus stop, underground station less than 10 minutes away, Sainburys and Tesco Express right outside and Superdrug and H&M less than 15 minute walk away Great staff!! Very friendly and understanding! The room was thoroughly cleaned, the security for the hotel was tight and good, the bathroom was exceptional and the overall layout was very comfortable.

Exceptionally clean. I've stayed in over 20 hotels in the last year, this was outstanding for cleanliness. Bed extremely comfortable. Great shower. Good lighting, excellent placement of plug sockets, there were 3 by the vanity unit. There was also a fridge and a washing up sink. Room was huge. Parking outside, you gave your numberplate to reception. I was challenged at 11pm when parking, not a bad thing, means I felt safer on the property.

Room was a good size, clean, comfy, warm and although very dated no issues. Had a good night's sleep and free parking was a real selling point. Location is closed to Stratford station as well

Was met with the doorman who guided us to reception window where we picked up our room key , then one of the staff showed us to our room , very spacious...room had a fridge which was nice tea and coffee supplied in the room , will definitely be staying here again , thank you to all at the Viking hotel
