The hotel is very conveniently situated near Paddington in a beautiful square with a central garden. I was given a larger room because I checked in earlier at an extra cost of 20£ per night. Lovely view of gardens on a quiet street and balcony. The bathroom is too small for even a wash bag! No space to put anything , even a toothbrush! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming so that was nice!

Nothing wrong with this hotel - clean, great location, friendly staff, etc, just be prepared as a solo traveller booking a single room that the room can be exceptionally small, tiny.

Staff were super welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location so close to Paddington station made an excellent base. The room was smaller than we’d expected and a bit of a squeeze for us but having a fridge in the room was good and the room and bathroom were both very clean and well cared for. Location very quiet and someone on reception all night.

The location was great with transport, pubs and restaurants close by. The staff were lovely and helpful. With no lifts at the hotel they carried our luggage to and from our room on 3rd floor. The room was small but did include an ensuite and was very clean. For somewhere to sleep after touring around the city it suited our needs.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, location was great right next to Paddington. Really good value for money in central London. Hotel is a bit dated but considering the cost and helpful staff still a good option.
