The owner of the apartment is really nice, she even welcome my friend and I before the house, when we arrived at around 22:00. It's quite to live here, and room is big and clean, facilitaties are there with almost everything we need. From the window to look outside, can even see the lake, and of course surrounded by the green mountain, nice view. We even meet a cat, don't know whose cat, but happy to say hello to him/her.

Amazing location, in front of Kensington park, less than 5 minutes walking to Queensway underground station (central line), clean, big room, comfy bed, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is simple, but good.

We were really satisfied with our stay in Troy hotel! This hotel locates in so good and beautiful place! Personal is there so friendly and helpful. Our room was so clean. We were satisfied with breakfast too - simple but still there were choices.

It was an excellent location for a short trip with my little girl, right next to Hyde Park and the fabulous childrens playground. Close to shops, eateries and transport links. Quite dated decor but good value for money for the location.

It was really nice to stay in TROY HOTEL. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was small but clean, with a comfy bed. I would recommend it to everyone because everything was close by such the underground, buses, park and more importantly the restaurants.
