The hotel was central to many attractions and theatres. Efficient check in. Room was ready on our arrival, 3 hours earlier than we’d expected. Our superior deluxe room was large with super king sized bed. The view from our window showed London at its busiest - a true bustling city view. The hotel was very quiet and we enjoyed a comfortable night’s sleep. The lift and room were spotless.

The location is superb and the staff are excellent, giving us a full refund for a poor breakfast experience (see below). The bed was very comfortable.
