Ideal location for our stay - attending Music concerts in Hyde Park and shows in the West End. Marble Arch & Bond Street Undergrounds nearby - ideal to get to the airport.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2013 The location is great Reception are excellent Wonderful comfortable beds The great ting is that some of the staff are the ones I met in 2013 when I first stayed Whilst I don’t stay as often these days I am always met with a smile and excellent service No reason to stay anywhere else

Our permanent selection for a family trip which we do very year, can’t think of any other hotel Somehow it feels like home and staff is very supportive we stayed for two week approx on different dates and every time it was wonderful

Location is just perfect and room rates are also very good, rooms are spacious and rightly sized washrooms Must mention two names here, Natalia from the front desk and Andre from breakfast and food section Excellent resource with a very positive attitude, always willing to listen and help Keep up the good work Amba team, we will surely see you very soon !!!!

Booked months in advance, the price point for this hotel was great compared to other chains in the same brilliant location. Some of the staff were fantastic. A special shout out to the Office Coordinator (Ada) and General Manager (HB) who very kindly found the swiss watch I left accidentally in in my room, took good care of it and arranged professional couriers to return it to me 300 miles away. Such integrity is refreshing and I am very grateful for this. I hope they can both be commended for this action by their line management. Our room was a few minutes from Reception but well apportioned and immaculately clean with a complimentary dry mini-bar.
