The staff at reception were exceptional at helping me with a problem especially Agata and Rafael. Covid requirements for my return trip to Australia were difficult as I had a problem using my credit card for the online booking for PCR test to enable checkin.

The flat was amazing. Secure parking was a welcome bonus. The owner met me for check in saving messing about finding keys. He was very helpful and went above and beyond helping me carry my belongings up to the flat. The whole experience was effortless making my stay more enjoyable.

Staff and location were great👍🏻. Rooms were okay but for the price and location they were excellent 👍🏻👍🏻 Sadly let down by a lack of staff looking after the dining area for breakfast. Tables left with dirty used plates and dishes while guests had to sit at tables that needed clearing
