Very nice hotel, and good value for money, we were running a little bit late for check out but there was no pressure from the hotel staff at all. I forgot my chain in the room and got to the station before realising, at that point I called them to let them know and that I was coming back and the girl on reception was very helpful, she got another key made and took me to the room so I could get it

The location of the hotel was very good, it was under a 10 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line which had connections straight to Liverpool Street. Sophie who checked me in was very welcoming and helpful making the whole process very convenient and efficient.

This is the friendliest, best provisioned place in Whitechapel. The rooms here make you feel at home. The staff make you feel special and they are super responsive. The restaurant downstairs is a delight as well as the wonderful breakfast place, just over the road that opens at 7am. Sophie and Adam are wonderful to deal with and have always helped out when we recommend people to them and always make me feel welcome as I stay here a lot. I’m very grateful for that!
