Short distance to train and Bus transport links and small comfy rooms with double beds. The all room looked clean and tidy.

Beautifully renovated hotel, our suite was nicely decorated although windows are closed you could hear the strong noises from outside. Breakfast was good as well, reception, staff are very friendly. The only reason why we wouldn't come back here is the location. More than 30 minutes to reach the main attractions, kind of not practical if you are there only for a few days .

It was a comfortable room with all the facilities I require when staying away. There was good temperature control and an excellent standard of decoration, towels and bedding. The staff at reception were great and very helpful, as was the assistance at breakfast, which was very good and with an excellent selection.

The breakfast was great with ample food of good quality. Eat a big breakfast to keep you going until dinner ! Front desk and restaurant staff were always very friendly and helpful with advice on trains etc We didn't bring an AC travel adaptor to charge our cell phones which the hotel kindly loaned us. The hotel does have loan umbrellas which we didn't have to use but is a great idea. The friendly staff allowed us to store our bags at the hotel as we arrived early. We used the hotel as a base for travelling in/out of London central.....the hotel is a bit of a walk (10-15 min depending on the pace) from Stratford station which is fine and adds to the experience unless it's windy and raining. There's a small convenience store walking back from the station where you can buy milk etc ..we like a lot in our coffee :-) or snacks late at night.

The staff where very friendly and allowed early check in. Venue was a short walk to the Abba venue and Westfield shopping centre For location the room was very quiet no outside road noise

The hotel is really nice and surprisingly large. We had a modern room on the ground/lower ground floor. Ok sized room. Comfortable bed. Good quality towels. Fridge in room with complimentary water, tea and coffee. There's also a safe in room if needed. Air conditioning was really good. Good location, right next door to the DLR station, but you can't hear any noise from it. Approx 10 min walk from Westfield shops, restaurants, cinema, tube, national rail, and bus startion too. Approx 15min walk in opposite direction to Abba arena. Nice little courtyard to sit and have drinks.

Nice, individual style about the place: a bit boutique. Particularly liked the dining room and the breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and courteous.
