Perfect location for Covent Garden and Duke of York theatre. Staff were very pleasant. Room very clean and comfortable.

The location is superb. In theatre land and close to Covent Garden and tube stations. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was lovely only thing I could say is when you are seated you should get asked straight away for tea or coffee but a great selection 👍

Staying here was like a step back in time to when service was top of the agenda. From the doormen to the concierge, front desk to restaurant and the cleaners in our hallway, such a respectful and cheerful welcome and a sense that nothing was too much trouble. Everyone had a pride in the establishment and you felt as if you were part of something really special. The building itself is beautiful and the interior stunning with magnificent period details everywhere you look. The atmosphere was classic chic, the room was elegant, comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was fabulous. This has to be my favourite hotel in London.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, close enough to the hussle and bussle but far away enough were you can actually walk down the street. The hotel has that "classic london" feel from the outside and inside. Breakfast was some of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Bar is super intimate but great. Doormen were always so lovely.

The Waldorf Hilton is a well located hotel near Covent Garden and theatres. The facilities and service were excellent! The best part of our stay there was the warmth of the Concierge staff. Outstanding! Their smiles cheered us up on the cold and rainy days of London.
