It is a very modern light and tranquil place. Great breakfast and lovely staff. But it seems that after many years of good service the furniture is starting to show some wear and tear. The bed was very hard. And on tje first day they had the plumber round to fix the hot water in the bathroom.

The location was perfect. The reception service was wonderful, kind and lovely, even speaking Hungarian! The rooms were clean, comfortable. We had a room, with a gallery, which my daughter adored. The breakfast was good both in quality and quantitiy.

Always so great. The best in London. Great staff, great rooms, great location to Earls Court underground and so clean and perfect. Heating or air con, amazing breakfast for good price in London. We received a complimentary box with a lovely tasting wine. Too many times have I stayed in London with expensive prices and disappointing rooms and really poor customer service. This place tops everywhere where I have stayed in all my times previous. Will be staying here again when in London. You get the service you pay for. My fiancé from abroad has been so shocked at the level in London at still expensive prices but here, she will stay no where else! Thank you Rockwell! See you soon.
