A wonderful stay, 10/10. A beautiful hotel throughout, abd the staff were incredible, so welcoming and friendly. We had an unforgettable stay, and thoroughly enjoyed wearing the yukatas they provided. We have also never slept so well in our lives.

On checking I was advised that my room had been upgraded from a standard double to a deluxe which was very unexpected but very much welcome. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable with complimentary tea and coffee and bottled water , not the instant type coffee that you find in a lot of hotels but proper coffee with a coffee machine. The mini bar was really well stocked, though I didn’t partake in any of the drinks or snacks. My bath tub had a TV, which again I didn’t use but I thought it was a lovely touch, I’m sure if I’ve been staying for longer than one night, I would’ve definitely lounged in a bubble bath whilst watching TV I had the best night sleep I have had in years, the room was air-conditioned so was the perfect temperature for me, the bed was absolutely luxurious with Egyptian cotton sheets and the perfect bed firmness. I slept like a baby. 😃 I have paid for bed and breakfast and on checking was shown where the restaurant was and also told that breakfast is served between 7 am and 11 am. I arrived to meet family members at 10 am and ordered my full English from the waitress, who after waiting about 20 minutes we called over to find out she had forgotten to put the order through so in the meantime I thought I’d try the Continental but by 10.30 there was very little left and it was quite obvious that they were not going to restock the food or any of the juices. My full English did arrive and the quality of the food was great. It’s just a shame that I had to wait so long, but that was the only downside to my stay at the hotel and if I ever needed to stay overnight in central London, I would certainly Book this hotel again

Excellent small hotel. Quiet, well located and very comfortable. Clean modern japanese aesthetic. Great japanese restaurant and a well maintained small gym. We enjoyed easy access to Marlybone and Mayfair. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Location is easy to access all main areas by foot/subway if you don't mind walking 5-7 minutes. Did not try the restaurant or other facilities, but room and service was spot on.

The room was great - really comfortable and clean with generous minibar provision. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The slides room service delivery was fast. Overall the hotel and rooms were great and we were happy with the quality of the room for the price that we paid.

The price is fair for a 5 stars hotel. Location is perfect. I recommend to try the restaurant, a good one. Hat off of the restaurant and breakfast staff, you were nice and very efficient 👍🏼

Excellent service, great quality room. Bath robes and the kimonos were a great touch. Midday checkout is ideal. Location in Mayfair is ideal for shopping and nights out.
