My room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet at night. I slept well, which is one of the reasons I return so often. The staff were excellent as usual and I'll certainly be back.

Good location if you want to stay around Notting Hill but in a quiet area, with a lot of nice coffee shops, shops and brunchs around

Rooms were bit smaller than what I was expecting and with no window to look out. Though the staff was courteous enough to take my request and give a little bigger room in the basement. Location was great, walkable to all restaurants and station near by.

nice location on Princes' Square, but the rooms are old and a bit dark, the reception has no charm and the breakfast is not very good (product of medium quality, mediocre bread and pastriesà. The budget is reasonable but still a desillusion. PLUS the insulation of the rooms is insufficient

I stay here regularly for work and it's an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortbale, and the location is perfect. It's very central, but it's on a quiet square - I've never been woken up by noise while staying here.

The hotel is located in a quiet and sophisticated area very close to public transportation and the famous Hyde Park. The room was very clean and staff was always friendly and attentive.

Staff available 24/7 - we had to check-in at the last minute as we had had a terrible nights sleep somewhere else and needed to move accommodation. We had to leave to head to west London for a football game by 10:30 that morning. We phoned the hotel at 6:30am and asked if we could drop bags off. They were absolutely fine with this and actually were kind enough to let us check in early so we got our room all sorted before heading off

The very clean hotel is located in a peaceful, elite area, very close to metro stations (5-10 minutes distance) where many metro lines pass. The friendly reception team is on duty 24 hours a day, and they responded to all our messages and questions before and after our stay. I am grateful for their help in every way. The room we stayed in for 4 days was cleaned and towels were changed every day. The Club Room we stayed in also had a safe, refrigerator and microwave oven. Although there were relatively limited products in the breakfast, it was quality, clean and constantly refreshed and presented by the friendly team. We would like to stay again in this hotel, which is affordable in terms of price and performance compared to London hotels.
