It was clean room with a good bathroom. But far too small! More like a train compartment. And I couldn’t sleep because of neighbours taking.

Had a very good experience. Would say everything was really good. The room was great, nice and clean, staff were very good. Only thing I'd say was the view from the window was not what I was expecting. And at times can be a little noisy from other guests but all in all a great place to stay.

Great location and helpful staff The hotel’s location is excellent – very convenient for exploring central London. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was quite small, but had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and we even had a small terrace, which was a lovely surprise.

The property was lovely. The only thing I was picking is that the air-conditioning was not working properly. I called Reception to try and sort this but and they said they would control it from their main switchboard to set it up the temperature I asked, but it was still not sorted. If this problem was sorted, I wouldn’t have had anything negative to say.

Hotel lobby smells wonderful. Night staff during check in was lovely. Staff during the day were not as helpful, did not offer to help with bags or the door. But, I was able to leave my bags after check out and came back for them, which was really a big plus! Some areas in the room were dusty, the tray where the cups were, the telephone, the bedside lamps, the hairdryer. Kettle still had water inside, looked like few days old.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close by to Victoria Station and easy walking to many London landmarks. It is lovely to walk around the interesting shops in Pimlico. Easy to get over the Bridge into Chelsea and Battersea. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Very accommodating when you want to leave your bag there.

Was a little worried after reading other reviews that this hotel would be terrible but was so surprised. I contacted them prior to arrival to request a ground floor room as I was travelling with my mother who's not great on stairs. They accommodated my request and she was delighted we had a 4 person room and although the room was small we fitted comfortably as it was well designed. It was great value for money we paid just over 500 for 3 night 4 people so for that price didn't expect much to be honest but it was beautiful. I will definitely return as great location but the best part was the outstanding service the staff couldn't do enough for us. Even ordered an user from there own account so we didn't get ripped off on a black cab. So sorry I can't remember the lads names but all the staff were great can't wait to return
