The fine print
Guests are aged between 18-40 as this is a youth travelling hostel.A valid government issued ID is required at check-in (passport, driving license, European travel card). Guests who do not have ID are not permitted to stay.Please note that some of the dormitory rooms have triple bunk beds.Payment will be taken in full upon arrival. Bookings are generally non-refundable (except at the manager's discretion should the same booking be resold).The Phoenix Hostel operates a 14-day maximum stay policy. After this, a period of 6 months must pass before the guest can book again.This property does not accept group bookings of more than 15 guests.

Everything from the start of the booking online and reply to question about the age limit - none. Great welcome from Carter for checking in. Thorough and detailed with a smile Good storage facility Quiet at this time of year so only two in the 6 bed female dorm. I think it would be a little difficult with only two showers on each floor during busier times Clean enough - for once under the bunks had been cleaned!

People are very nice i was so happy even though i was a bit moody because i haven't slept for 48H people were still nice respectable people there somethings looks worse but inside are worth it everything 5 star i would come back over and over again but improvement of rooms is needed for sure

Safety with rooms checking Lovely and welcoming host at the reception Clean Sleeping is good, very important quality of both of the bed and the pillow, clean sheets, Of course if you enjoy quite place then do not come because people are living too in the room and they make normal noice and it’s normal Very easy way to use the whole accommodation the simpler is ease, the best time is saved

I had a lovely stay in the hostel and very happy with my experience. The staff are so nice and friendly, the room was warm and cosy, facilities were clean, and the location is top - a short walk to Baker Street/Oxford Street. Excellent value for money and great atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend 💚

Helpful and friendly staff were able to accommodate all necessities (and human errors!) Downstairs rooms were comfortable, warm, and secure, with additional luggage storage available
