Clean and comfortable, great location for the Royal Albert Hall, Science and Natural History Museums. the continental breakfast was plentiful and a great selection.

Extremely well located, a few meters away from the Gloucester Road station. The room was tiny - as advertised - and the bed was comfortable. The facilities were very clean and well looked after. Good value for money.

They let me check in early, safe, secure, clean, VERY close to tube station and local supermarkets/cafes, etc. Staff are very professional, friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Shared bathroom - no issues. Lift working.
