- Hotel is in a great location, just round the corner from the tube and walking distance to Hyde Park, Chinatown, Buckingham Palace, Leicester Square etc. - Very friendly staff throughout including the doormen. Baring in mind we are not fancy people, we expected maybe we would be treated as such but this wasn't the case at all. - Very clean, lovely toiletries and loved the use of robes. - Comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. Black out curtains enabled a lovely lay in. - Lifts and air con worked well.

Great location with quite rooms. The room was clean all the time and the house keeping was on time and did great job. The rooms were well maintained and has all what you need. The receptionist was helpful and kind with a great personality.

We had an amazing experience at The May Fair. Staff were so polite and friendly, customer service was excellent and the spa facilities were a perfect addition. Our room was upgraded and we had a beautiful studio room that was immaculately presented. The drinks tokens for the bar were also a nice touch. A great location to get to the theatre district and local eateries. Would definitely recommend The May Fair.

The staff at check-in were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The location is also really good. Easy to walk to Regent Street, Covent Garden etc.

We were there for the night of our wedding. It was better than I even imagined - the staff were so incredibly attentive and so friendly. We were treated like royalty! The service, food and room were impeccable. I’m so glad we chose here!

Arrival greeting was amazing no queues and so attentive. Hotel and all areas were so clean, all staff were so amazing it would be wrong to pick an individual, will definitely return.
